We were making Green Tea Ice Cream a couple of weeks ago and below are pictures of Alex adding sugar to the egg yolks and whisking them together to get the mixture ready for tempering. We still can’t convince him to try the food he helps make but he loves making them. Someday, maybe he’ll surprise us all.
